Hampton Inn & Suites Hartsville

Our stay was very pleasant. This had to be one of, if not the cleanest hotel room we ever stayed in. Me, being a neat freak, always bring all of my cleaning supplies with me to hotels. But they were not needed and just a quick spray of Lysol was all I had to use. The front desk ladies, Katie and April were so friendly and helpful. They also asked if they could have my number to text me if my room was okay later on (which she did check in with me multiple times). I had to text and ask for more towels because they room attendant didn’t refresh them when cleaning the room (which my only complaint but not really a complaint because it was an easy fix) and they responded promptly to my text with apologies and told me to come down for new towels. The breakfast was good and breakfast area was extremely clean. Brandy, the breakfast attendant was nice and helpful. The second day there was a man working in the breakfast area that didn’t speak at all or help out (he should be more like Brandy). The location of the hotel is great. It’s downtown and near many restaurants (in walking distance) and bars. But it’s still a quiet area, not a lot of hustle and bustle. This was our first time in Hartsville, coming for a cook off competition in Blenheim so it was a little way away. However, when we come back next year and in the future we will always stay at this hotel. Thank you for a great experience.

I live out of town and own numerous Rental Properties Inn Hartsville. Each time I come into town to check on my properties and I stay at the Hampton Inn. Chrissy was the associate who checked me in and I immediately noticed several improvements. The most important thing was how friendly and helpful chrissy was. After getting settled into my room, she sent a text asking if there was anything that I needed. We also noticed how clean the dining room area was and tasty the breakfast food was. I would definitely give them a five star.

Updated property, clean comfortable rooms, courteous and helpful staff, convenient location, breakfast was also good (bacon, boiled eggs, molested, waffles, whole milk and almond milk, yogurt, bagels, muffin, fruit and juices.

Only common issue is free wifi is wide open unprotected. Must run a VPN if you want to use it.

Great hotel great location clean rooms great breakfast very friendly staff. Outside pool do yourself a favor if your in this area stay here.

We stayed here as opposed to a motel right of 95. 10 more minutes roughly, but cute, quiet little are and town. Renovations are happening here 4/25/25, but got a good nights sleep. Omelette, sausage, Waffles and other things for breakfast included. All in all, nice quiet spot.

The hotel is in a good location. The receptionist was a delight, Ms. LaCresha was courteous, professional, very welcoming and helpful. She recommended some places to eat and it did not disappoint, It was good. They also had these amazing soft cookies in the lobby, so good. The breakfast in the morning was good as well, nice spread. Everying stayed clean,hot and organized. The room was great too, clean, airy, well maintained, not old looking. Overall no complaints, we look fwd to returning.
